What are your wedding packages?
We have three wedding packages The Leigh, The Brie, and The Lain. The prices vary depending on the amount of hours desired. Please contact us for more information.
What is the maximum capacity?
The venue can accommodate up to 280 people for a seated reception.
Can you rent just the clear top building?
Yes! We offer an events package that gives you access to just the clear top building at a rate of $250 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Do you have overnight accommodations?
Yes, for up to 10 people. This is included in the wedding packages The Leigh, The Brie, and The Lain. If you need to book a room block, please contact us as soon as possible to block off the desired dates.
What is required to reserve your date?
To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the package you are selecting.
How much is additional hours?
You may add additional hours only to the Mini and Event Packages. It will be added to your invoice at a rate of $250 per hour.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes! We have plenty of onsite parking for guests and designated vendor/wedding party parking.
When is the final balance due?
Your final balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Do we provide linens?
Yes, we provide white linens for all tables. You are welcome to bring in your own if you want another color
What type of tables do we provide?
We have 30 - 5 foot 60" Round tables, 10 - 30" Round cocktail tables, 4 - 8 foot Farmhouse tables, 4 - 6 Foot Farmhouse tables
Do we allow outside vendors & alcohol?
Yes, we do allow outside vendors and alcohol. All vendors and bartenders must be licensed (TABC) and insured
Do you allow open flames and the cold sparks?
We do allow open flames as long as they are in a vase or cylinder. We allow cold sparks, we actually have 4 available to rent. They are $250.00 each.
Do you have the staff for set up & take down of the tables/chairs?
We will provide staff for set up and take down of tables/chairs
What’s all included in the prep kitchen?
Prep kitchen includes Large stand up freezer, Large ice chest, Large refrigerator, Large stand up warmer with trays, stainless steel prep tables and sink area.
What is “bury the bottle in the tipsy garden”?
Bury the Bottle is a southern tradition! You will be gifted an engraved bottle (normally bourbon) with your names. Thirty days before your ceremony you will come out to the venue and join us in the Tipsy Garden! You will dig a hole together and bury the bottle upside down. This is a wish for good luck and no rain on your wedding day! The day of rehearsal you both can dig up the bottle and this will be opened and shared with family or wedding party!
What is the start to end time of any package?
The start and end times are totally up to you. We can host events until midnight and then give you 1 hour for clean up, ending at 1:00 am
